Problem Note 60977: Running SAS® IT Resource Management reporting jobs in SAS® 9.4M5 produces "ERROR: Could not restore template. Input buffer is corrupt..."
When SAS IT Resource Management reporting jobs are run in SAS 9.4M5, you might encounter the following errors:
ERROR: Could not restore template. Input buffer is corrupt, or some other problem has occurred.
WARNING: Style ITRMDEFAULT not found; HTMLBlue style will be used instead.
ERROR: Invalid device type.
These error messages indicate compatibility issues between SAS IT Resource Management and SAS 9.4M5 ODS templates.
